Peer Review Process

JAGATRA : Journal of Advanced Global Administration, Training, Research, Accounting and Management implements a peer review process to ensure the scholarly quality, scientific validity, and integrity of all published manuscripts.

Review Model

The journal adopts a double-blind peer review system, in which both author and reviewer identities are kept confidential throughout the review process.

Stages of the Review Process

  1. Initial Editorial Assessment
    The editor evaluates the manuscript for scope relevance, completeness, and compliance with the author guidelines.

  2. Plagiarism Screening
    Manuscripts passing the initial assessment undergo plagiarism checking using appropriate detection software.

  3. Reviewer Assignment
    The editor assigns at least two reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript’s subject area.

  4. Review and Evaluation
    Reviewers assess the manuscript based on originality, methodology, scholarly contribution, and clarity, and provide one of the following recommendations:

    • Accept without revision

    • Accept with minor revisions

    • Accept with major revisions

    • Reject

  5. Editorial Decision
    The editor makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations.

  6. Author Revision
    Authors are required to revise the manuscript according to reviewer and editor comments within the specified timeframe.

Confidentiality and Objectivity

The entire review process is conducted with fairness, objectivity, and confidentiality. Editors and reviewers must disclose and avoid any conflicts of interest.
